    Default files and directories showing up in shell, but not FTP

    Hello,

    I to save time and bandwidth i uploaded files that i use for many account into a common directory on my server and then just do a
    cp temp username/public_html

    these files and directories that i copied are showing up in shell, but not FTP

    Got any tips?

    Default try this

    chown -R username.username directory
