This message is common when you have a large log file in /usr/local/apache/domlogs

Just got to that directory, and type: ls -l

If you have a large files just type >nameoffile

After in your WHM, go to "Tweak settings" and ckeck the box "Delete each domain's access logs after stats run"

now would that mean that it won't keep a running history of that accounts stats. Just tabs what has happened from the last time you ran your stats update ?

You will keep the history of the stats in your configuration stats files (awstats, webalizer, etc.) not all the logs.

In my opinion you don´t need the log files after the stats have been created, then is ok to delete them.

Of course whereas the statistics don't run, you'll have your log files intact.
