Question Force SSL for Secure Domains

I have a site configured with an SSL - secure.domain.com. This site also has insecure content at www.domain.com. When I visit the secure subdomain with HTTP, it shows the cPanel "Great Success" page. When I visit the secure subdomain with HTTPS, it shows my site.

How can I force traffic to the secure domain to use HTTPS?

httpd.conf has virtual host entry for SSL and without SSL domains. You can disable without SSL domain entries.
