Forced Downloads?

Hello,

So I have a dedicated server which i installed cpanel on. I am hosting a friend on my server and we are in the process of transfer all of his websites over to mine server. However we are running into a small problem where the website tries to force the index.php file to be downloaded. I have recreated the account 3 times, tried with a different domain and everything. It has this problem on both the temporary ip url and the actual domain url. I have created other accounts before and after this with no problem what so ever but for reason it seems to be having trouble..

How can I fix this?

Nevermind, I have fixed it. I simply had to rebuild apache.
