Ok, let me just say that:

A) the 15 second wait time is a royal PITA when searching

and

B) at the moment, although it says 15 seconds, it's counting down from 150 !!

It may be an inconvenience but it saves the server from being flooded, which can result it much bigger problems.

If I search using google for this term (with or without quotes):

"site:forums.cpanel.net the 15 second wait time is a royal PITA when searching"

Your thread comes right up. Using the part in bold you should be able to search as often as you like from there without forum restrictions.

Using site:forums.cpanel.net some text here, on Bing seems to work well too.
