Default Bring back old cPanel Forum Skin

Any hope of the old cPanel forum skin being brought back or at least being added as an option? I'm not a big fan of this new one

This is a vast improvement if you ask me. The girl in the header of the old theme simply looked cheesy.

I like the style of this new theme but not having the cPanel lady does feel a little weird.

For old time's sake: http://www.cpanel.net/images/header.swf

Looking at the cPanel lady's flash banner directly in a browser, as opposed to it being within a page, you can see that all her skin is grey apart from where it looks like she tried to apply lipstick during a rodeo.

Whats up with the new style on the forums?

You guys should really think about hiring a professional designer to do a new skin, no offense but it could be whole lot better

I'm not too keen on the binary-themed background images here and there.

Let's see - cPanel runs on computers, computers use binary . . . hmm . . . let's make a background image with many 1s and 0s. Genius!

Just a touch too geeky, but it would seem perfectly in place for a forum focussed around 2s complement notation.

I dissappear for a few days to deal with a cyclone, and I find it hit the forum! Man, what an ugly mess. And it's not that I'm resistant to change - it's just an ugly skin.

Edit: And I should add, we got a new forum skin, but we don't get a patch for a remotely exploitable hole? Nice priorities, guys - NOT!

Do we have the option to go back to the old skin eg in our profile?

This new skin is nicer however I do find the old one easier to use as I have got used to the button layout on a regular basis.

Default Forum looks good

Some of you guys i must laugh at --

It's a more crisp interface. Looks good to me and more "robust" in things showing up.

It would be nice if the sender address was fixed, though. Showing up as
"cPanel® Forums" <billing@cpanel.net>
is kind of bad...

No control characters are proper in a sender address, just for that reason...

Default forum skin no longer matching cpanel site?

How come the forum no longer matches the cpanel site?

I'm not going to argue the aesthetic merits of one skin vs. another, but it seems to me the site and forums looked much more professionally integrated when the skins matched.
