Forward from a Blackberry?

I have a customer who is having trouble forwarding messages, received from our server, back to other colleagues also on our server (same domain). Yet new messages are going through fine.
Is this issue with Blackberry or the server?

Never had a problem with our emails being forwarded to our blackberry. What do your email logs show?

cd /var/log/exim

tail -f rejectlog

or

tail -f mainlog

Thanks for the response. Customer had forgotten to whitelist the Blackberry! So all is well again.
