    Default forwarders domains missing ?

    Hello,

    I have 8 domains that should be listed when i create a Forwarders from Mail Settings in my control panel.

    Now I can see only 5 domains. Where are the rest of the 3 missing domains.

    I could not see them. Any help please ?

    Do the missing domains appear in your cpanel users file?

    Hello Thank for the reply....

    See what i'll make u clear where i need your help.

    I want to set the mail forwarders so when i create the mail forwarders i get the list of the domains where i need to set the forwarders.

    I have 8 domains in my /mail folder but the list on the control panel shows only 5. When i checked my add-on domains i found 4 domains that are created. so is there any concern with add-on domains and the list of domains in the mail forwarders ?

    I am really confused in them ?

    I'll just see the cpanel users file and let u know.

    I'm not confused, you are. Go edit your cpanel users file and add the missing domains. Fairly simple.

    But these domains are not on my server they are just listed or are add-on domains. I suppose /var/cpanel/users/ contains all files that has account on this domain right ?

    The add-on domains contains 4 domains listed in total. and the list shows 5 domains in the forwarders drop down.

    Now one of the domain which is in the add-on domain list is also missing from the drop-down list. So how do i get all the domains in the list.

    Is it like all the add-on domains only appear in the drop-down list for mail forwarders ? if yes then why one of the domain is missing.

    Sorry if i have confused u, i am not clear witn the add-on and mail forwarders thing.

    Sorry I hve got that. When i checked my /var/cpanel/users/user file it showed me this

    DNS1=domain.com
    DNS2=domain.com.au
    DNS3=newdomain.com
    so should i add in
    DNS4=nw1domain.com
    DNS5=nw2domain.com
    DNS6=nw3domain.com

    and these will appear in the list right ?

    Correct. Add the additional lines like you have (remember to increment n by 1 for each line. (DNSn). Save & close and you should be good to go.
