FreeBSD IPFilter Rules

We are nearly finished testing our C-Panel box. We are running on FreeBSD and I will be running it behind IPFilter.

Does anyone have a set of IPFilter rules already prepared for a C-Panel box? Is there a list of ports used to run C-Panel or do I need to look them up?
