    This is in cpanel error_log.

    Internal Error: "" Could not build an ssl connection: : Please speak ssl on this port

    system is FreeBSD 6.2-RELEASE-p11

    That signifies a work around was used to prevent a bug with FreeBSD quota -v output creating problems on accounts with large quotas, or long mount point names.
