Fresh Install not taking me to the Install Wizard

I just got done installing cPanel on the Fadora box. When I try to log into https://my.ip.addr.ess:2087 I get a user/password prompt. I havn't set anything up, so I have NO idea.

When I reboot cPanel this is what I get:

Use the username root and the root password for the server at the login prompt.
