frontpage install error

When I try to add the frontpage extensions to this domain it gets this error:

Using Frontpage 5.x!

Starting install, port: 80.

Error: Unable to create a web for the URL "/" because its root directory, "/home/blahblah/public_html/", falls below the root of another web in the directory "/home/blahblah".


Any ideas?

remove any _vti* directories and any .htaccess files in the "/home/blahblah" directory and also remove any files in /usr/local/frontpage that match the domain name of the web and then reinstall the extensions
