Question Frontpage Login Fails - Please Help!

I get a message that says this when trying to login using frontpage...

Documents in this folder are not available. The folder may have been moved or deleted, or network problems may be preventing a connection to the server.

and when I try to reinstall extentions I get this...

    Using Frontpage 5.x!

    Starting install, port: 80.

    Creating web http://www.studioclub.com.
    Chowning Content in service /.
    Error: Cannot create folder "_vti_cnf".

This is only happening on one account. All others work fine. I even tried deleting the account and resetting it back up.

    Pleas Help,

    - Bryan

    Hello,

Delete all _files in the public_dir &
Delete the .htaccess file in the public_html directory (if the file exists)
And also delete the .cnf file of the particular domain from /usr/local/frontpage/ directory
Then reinstall frontpage to that domain through WHM

May be it will help to solve your problem

    Let me know the status.

I did the steps mentioned by you but still got the same error when installing Frontpage extensions from WHM :

Error #20003 Message: Cannot create folder "_vti_cnf".
(OS Error #13 Message: Permission denied)

I am also having some problems with frontpage. The extentions are installed, but when trying to log in via frontpage it says that they might not be installed. I have tried numerus commands via ssh , also uninstalled and re installed them, but still no joy.

Can anyone suggest what to do?

    Dean
