FrontPage :: The Server Unexpectedly Closed Connection

We have a problem with one customer.

He is not able to update, because after you start uploading files with FrontPage, connection hangs.

It's not a connectivity problem with customer, because we tested it too.
After that, both tested it at some of our machines and FrontPage ran perfect.

We are very afraid with this issue, and have looked everywhere for all the information available.

Any ideas?
Focus of the problem should be on server's connection or on server's software.
