After we used the copy function from within WHM to copy an account to a new server it seems that all ftp access to this account no longer works. When logging in through ftp the accounts is logged in but does not respond to the list command and shows no directory structure like it does not have permission to.
Anyone else seen this behaviour? Any fix or workaround?
