FTP accounts vanished

i have 3 existing FTP accounts

when i goto view them on CPanel, nothing, none, gone! but they still work?!?!

also when i create new ones they dont appear BUT also the new ones don't work

Which version of cPanel are you running? Did you read this thread:

We run Stable CPanel/WHM version and when we recently switched from ProFtp to PureFTp, we had odd troubles like this. The first indication was to that PrueFTP would not list any files that started with a letter for some domains, numeric file names were okay. When we backed off to ProFTP things cleared up. You might wnat to switch to ProFTP to see it clears for you also.

i am running version 10 CPanelX

i was wondering if there was an update i can obtain?

my issue isnt that i cant create ftp accounts, its that I have none on my list, not the admin one of the ones i have created or try to create

its rather frustrating as i only just put up my websites new design yesterday

ALSO:
my fantasico page does not work at all anymore either, i get this..

PHP script /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico/includes/enc_restrictions.inc.php is protected by SourceGuardian and requires file ixed.lin.4.3.11.pxp.
