hello,

i have some backup space with my service provider and i have set whm to backup on a daily basis. now i connected to the FTP space that i am paying for to find that my servers web site files (in tar format) are there but all of them are 0 - i cannot figure out whats going on. I am running cpanel: WHM 8.5.4 cPanel 8.5.5-R60 RedHat 9. can anyone shed any light on this?
