ftp.domain.com-ftp_log.offset everywhere!

Lately, I've been noticing ftp.domain.com-ftp_log.offset files a little here and there on our server. Even in the /etc/cron.daily/ directory there is one.. What are these and how do I stop them from being everywhere?

I've been having the same issue here for months, this was brought up quite a while ago, message is gone now since forums came back. I don't remember if it was in bugzilla or not.

I keep deleteing them all over too, others here have mentioned this, it needs to be fixed.
