ftp error

I am getting an FTP error.

I try to create an account, via backup restore from cpmove file.

Anyhow, the original server that the backup was from is an older version of WHM than the server that the backup is going to be placed on.

Not sure if this has to do with the error, but I thought I'd mention it.

I've tried re-creating the account by hand, terminating it, etc....but everytime I try to login via ftp I get the following error:

Disconnected from server
Connection failed.
User bayshill OK. Password required

Note: All my other sites work with FTP.
