FTP IP DNS Problem after transfer

Hello,

I have transferred accounts from server A to server B, but after transfer process finished, i checked DNS Zone for the accounts in server B, i found that FTP still pointed to server A. How to fix this, i move more than 100 accounts, and it's not possible to change each.

it's happen to all DNS record which moved from server A to server B.

Is this only for FTP or for all DNS names associated with the account?
