FTP - No delete account?

Hi, I did a search on this, but didn't have much luck.

I'm running Pure-FTP on my server, and I want to create ftp accounts with different access rights, for example, I want to create an FTP with no DELETE, so the user can upload, but can't delete.

AFAIK this is not possible on cPanel.

Shame, should start a request on that.

Other control panels offer it, should be something cPanel should too.
I think it's a nice feature.
