ftp password issue

Hi

i am using current release of cpanel 11. I am having issue with ftp password. I have change for a website using whm but its not working via ftp. How can i fix the password issue. I have changed it several times, even did syn. ftp password but still its not working.

Seems to be cpanel bug. Any fixes for it.

Try logging in via ftp using username@domain.com instead of just username.

If that works, then this is a known bug in cPanel/WHM.

I like to confirm that I had the same issue and that adding the "@domain.com" to the username I was able to log in via ftp. I'm also using cpanel 11 as well.

Currently, our QA staff is having a very difficult time trying to replicate this issue on our internal servers so any input you can provide via the bug report would be appreciated.

thanks. i just changed password for 3-4 times and it works fine now. However, i will make a note of it.

Hope to see stable version of cpanel 11 soon.
