FTP Subdomain Name keep dissapear

Hi guys

I encounter a problem for my cpanel. The problem is everytime i create a ftp for subdomain name, after 24 hours the ftp account will be dissapear. It's seems like someone is deleting the ftp account. First i though maybe someone hack into my cpanel and delete it - but after changing the password, it's still happened the same thing.

When i earlier create the ftp, i did a test to ftp to that subdomain name ftp account - and it's ok. But when i try to ftp again the next day, it's failled. After checking out - all the ftp account for subdomain name i created had gone dissapeared. Funny.

Kindly help me about this problem.. Thank you in advance to all who willing to help.
