    Default FTP time offset?

How can I have FTP use the same time as server time, to match the location of Eastern US? Currently it's EDT +4 hours (I assume GMT?)

This is needed so that CuteFTP can sync files with the server properly, as it's having issues do to it not allowing a time offset.

    Default

Add &TimesGMT off& to the server section of proftpd.conf. This makes ProFTP use local time.
