Is wrking when is the main username but when the username must be user@domain.com then is giving error, for example:

    ftp://user@domain.comass@domain.com

    Any help will be appreciated.

It seems to me I remember doing the following in the past (I can't test this right now):

Let's say your user is: billy@domain.com
    and the pass is pass

    Doing:

    ftp://billy:pass@domain.com/

    will work.

Can anyone else confirm this? I might be mistaken.

cpanel wants the full user+domain.com for standard user logins... if it's the main account though, your method will work.

That is not working, i just found the solution.

Looks like IE passing the characters as a hex.

    So use this:

    ftp://user%40domain.comassword@ftp.domain.com

%40 is the hex equivalent of @

    Default Ftp Uri

    Well both

    ftp://user%4Edomain.tld@ftp.domain.tld (according to RFC)

    and

ftp://user+domain.tld@ftp.domain.tld (according to "done so at other places" (pop/imap))

where my guesses but neither is working with IE (v.6.0) or Firefox (v.2.0.0.3) and WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-R118.

    What am I to do?

in the above you have %4E which should be %40
