    Default FTP will work with the IP but not ftp.domain.com

    Hi,

    For some reason FTP will not work for one user with the FTP.USERSDOMAIN.COM, it will however work with the servers IP.

    Have tried syncronise FTP passwords but no luck, any ideas guys?

    I have this same problem....ftp.domain_name.com always reverts to the first domain set-up on the shared IP.

    ??????

    same problem here and mail.mydomain.com also not working where as IP is working to retrieve mails.
