Full Backup fails with Mysql

My english it's bad but simply.

10 Machines with fedora and Cpanel.

WHM 9.2.0 cPanel 9.3.0-R5 Fedora - WHM X v3.1.0

On ALL MACHINES after decompress fullbackup get all mysql_backup.sql with 0 bytes.

This error get to much time (latest version same problem)

A customer think "well, I've a full backup for my account, NOT problem".. and go to restore and.... 0 BD's backup.

i already had that problem but the thing now is a bit difrent.

i have many .sql files ..incomplete, and i recenly made an OS restore.. result, many databases lost

You would think this problem would take priority!! But, it's been a known issue for at least a month now.

I have the same problem... i have done a full backup but inside the folder /mysql into tar.gz file all the file .sql are 0 lenght! no database are backuped!
this is a huge problem...

I partial solve this problem using a direct url to phpmyadmin for a fast backup of mysql db...

try this:

http://$my_phpmyadmin_url/export.php?lang=en-utf-8&server=$server_num&db=$dbname&export_type=database&what=sql&sql_structure=structure&sql_data=data&asfile=sendit&filename_template=$filenametemplate&compression=zip

I have installed a personal version of phpmyadmin in a folder of my domain, i have configured config.inc.php whit the list of oll my database for each domain... each database increase the $server_num, so first db have $server_num = 1 and so on...

I'm waiting a new version of cpanel that could solve this problem....

works fine on phpmyadmin, but system backup does not include MySQL databases

Yes, i know...
I used this link for backup mysql AND the cpanel full backup for save the files...

I hope this cpanel bug will solve soon...
