Full Cpanel backups not working on Hostnine accounts

I have a reseller account at hostnine.com and almost all of my full Cpanel packups are missing data or are corrupt, it's the homdir.tar file that is corrupt or missing data.

Are you trying to extract the backups on your desktop computer using winzip or winrar?
Here is what was discussed a few days ago.

Try restoring the backup on another cPanel server and it should restore fine.
