getting error in cpanel

I am getting following error while login to cpanel

We are getting this error only for one domain. This domain is having x theme
and rest all the domains with x theme are working fine.

Tried /scripts/checkperlmodules and also touch /var/cpanel/skipparentcheck but not working.

Check /etc/shadow to ensure an entry for the account exists.
