Default Getting error when trying to set default email for account using Cpanel

I'm getting the follow error when trying to set the default email for an account via cpanel.

All unrouted mail for ohiosportsman.com is now going to: webmaster@domainname.com
Fatal! Write Failure: /etc/valiases/domainname.com. Ignore any messages of success this can only result in failure!

What does this mean and how do I fix it?

It is there but weird thing is that it lists out as:

    -rw -r--r-- 1msports msports date/time ohiosportsman.com

The weird thing about this listing is that this domain name should appear under the osports account. This is probably the root of the problem but I have no idea how to fix it.

How do you do that? Bear with me I'm a Unix and WHM newbie. My site had always been on a shared managed server before now.
