getting list of messages and stalls

Hello All,

I can send email and I can get email from all of my accounts except for the most important account, my primary bussiness email address. My email program connects, logs in,
provides the password. Then the window says "getting list of messages" and it stalls there.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are you signing on through a modem?

If you are, It could be that there is a large file and you are not giving it time to download.

Suggestion would be to sign on to that email account through webmail and check to see ig you have any large file attachments. If the email is not recognized you could just delete it and go back to your email client and see if that helped at all.

Thank you for the reply. I have check the email using webamil and does not see any mail with greater size or attachment.
