Is there a standard exim setting that would tell it to hold outgoing e-mail for a delay period? And if so, what is it?

What I want to do is allow users to have a second chance to take back their e-mails before it actually gets delivered. You know, kind of like trying to avoid the Janet Jackson Super Bowl incident but this time we're talking about e-mails.
