Having problems transfering SSL to a new server

I'm moving one of my customers to a new server and several of his accounts have SSL certificates. The account transfer took place without problems. However, when I try to add the SSL certificates to the new server, none of the information is being auto populated. For example, usually, when I paste the CRT, none of the other information is filled in. I can fill it in myself, but the CA Bundle is never filled in, so the SSL cert is seen as a self signed SSL cert.

I've checked within /usr/share/ssl on the new server and all the .crt/.csr/.key files are there and contain the proper key's as the old server.

I have a feeling it's something very simple, but I can't seem to figure it out at the moment. Any ideas?
