Hello, Need Help Badly
Ok I have a client this is not able to use the Webmail with in cpanel, they are getting the following unrouteable mail domain "hotmail.com" this is not only to hotmail.com but to any and all e-mails they try to send to.
How can i fix this problem they have been like this for 8 hours, and just now they are needing help.
So a fast reply woul be good.
I would suspect you've not setup your resolving nameservers. What do you have in:
/etc/resolv.conf?
