help with addon domain removal

i did addon domain in cpanel, but i noticed i made a mistake..
i entered the wrong Username/directory/subdomain Name:
so what i did was Remove Addon Domain
and after i removed it
went back to addon domain with the correct Username/directory/subdomain Name:
and now when i opened filezilla.. it did not create a folder where i should place the files..
what will i do please...

Did you give the "folder" name for Username/directory/subdomain Name tab while creating the addon domain? Please let us know.
