    The image you want is

    The URL to it is
    http://www.georgeeuresti.com/DIGITAL%20ART/images/E.jpg

    2 notes:
    1 - The path cannot be relative to your cpanel. It must be relative to your site.
    2 - Spaces should not be used in directory or file names for websites.

    The URL you gave was
    http://www.georgeeuresti.com:2082/fr...ges&file=E.jpg

    The end part,
    dir=/home/georgeeu/public_html/DIGITAL ART/images&file=E.jpg
    gave it away.
    That told me the image was in the DIGITAL ART/images/ directory of your website, so I went to
    http://www.georgeeuresti.com/DIGITAL ART/images/
    and got a listing of your images.
    The %20 was an automatic replacement by my browser to replace the space. Spaces cause trouble in URL's.

    You can see the listing of photos at:
    http://www.georgeeuresti.com/DIGITAL%20ART/images/

    I would rename the DIGITAL ART directory to either DIGITAL_ART or DIGITALART.

    Using lower case letter and no special characters and space for files and directories helps you to reduce broken link.
