Default Help with cPanel / Linux command

Hi. Having email errors specific to this thread:
    http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...light=421+smtp

However, my admin is away and does not have access to SSH. Could someone help me on moving forward with these commands:

    killall -9 spamd
    rm /usr/sbin/sendmail
    /scripts/eximlocalsend
    /scripts/exim4

    iptables -A INPUT -i lo -s 0.0.0.0/0 -d 0.0.0.0/0 -j ACCEPT /usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkperlmodules
    etc/init.d/cpanel restart

I've done the ORANGE part but stuck on the remaining commands & don't want to mess up my mail server. How do I procede? Not sure of how to run those commands. . .I tried typing the whole line but didn't work.

    Thanks!

    Default

    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkperlmodules

    /etc/init.d/cpanel restart

from ssh insert them one by one
