a resale customer erased dns the domain, the domain is not listed in accounts plus its user and password still is active, when trying to new account for erases receives it correctly the message

I had a similar problem when attempting to terminate an account. This thread helped as I had a problem with the account file in my /var/cpanel/users directory. Give it a read-through.
