help enabling and installing c client

oks im trying to install a web php script on my server for webmail and pop3 access

im running fedora core 2
whm/cpanel
have root access

im a complete noob to linux so anything outside the whm interface is a little beyond me, but im prepared to learn

anyway the script is freshmail, but the error im getting is as follows

FAIL-C-Client (IMAP) PHP Extension Not Installed

can anyone walk me through installing this please as its not an option when building apache and php from whm

any help would be much apreciated

I would assume you simply need to check the Imap option in Apache Update in WHM and rebuild php.

thanks, although it didnt load the c-client extension. have resolved it now using google, and hand installing php with cclient via ssh.. think im confident enough to even try other things now.. a crash course in ssh commands did me some good
