Help Needed On Email Situation

Hi Everyone,

I got myself a site, www.dikkop.com(dutch), and I am wondering, is it possible to have my forum users to login from some page into their own email addresses , which I create through cpanel. So they have like a theirname@dikkop.com. And maybe even also register them? So it's like hotmail a bit, but then without the fancy stuff ofcourse.

Please some one help me out here.

Okay I searched for this, but all I could find was code. ANd since I am not a coder , is there anyone out there who could help me install this?
