help plaese : mysql problem , all user have access denied

after recompiling apache and upgrading the cpanel , no user access their databases , it seem to be problem with privliges , i've try using /scripts/fixmysql ,mysql_fix_privilege_tables, manuly from phpmyadmin where only the root can access , all that didn't make any sense ,
