help please

Hi until this morning i have been able to login to my WHM,so up until a certain time today i have not been able to log in,i found this very frustrating,so i contacted my friend in USA to see if he could log in,and yes he could,for some reason i cannot on my pc

i put in the correct user and password but keep getting this

The login is invalid

i have no idea how to solve this,any help is appreciated

Hello,

Do you have cPhulkd enabled on your server? If so make sure that you are not ( IP ) caught into its blacklist; you can check this from WHM or by checking cphulkd MySQL database! Perhaps it's causing issues.

Yes, probably you were blocked by cPhulkd . Ask your friend to connect to cPanel and remove your IP or connect yourself via a proxy/vpn.
