Help - SSL renewal problem (and about to expire)

I have renewed a client SSL from GeoTrust. They sent me the Cert. In WHM, I called up the domain (fetch), and replaced the cert witht the new info. Then Do It.

When I go to the web site and view the cert, it is not showing the updated valid until date.

I tried restarting httpd.

In CPanel for the domain, I can view the cert, and it shows the new certificate valid dates. However, there is no Key or CSR to view in CPanel.

I have looked at /usr/share/ssl/certs and the 3 files listed for this domain have a date back in May when I migrated this site from another server.

Can someone please help me resolve what is wrong?

Personally, I would check /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf for that domain name to see where the private key, certificate and cabundle (if appropriate) are being stored, then open those files up in pico/nano and just cut'n'paste the certificate/privatekey/bundle like that. /scripts/restartsrv_httpd and everything's done.

I've done this a couple of times (the problem is always after account migrations) and it hasn't caused any problems - and the "work around" seems easier then trying to figure out what the problem actually is...
