Help... Subdomains not working in IE

beginning 4 days ago all the subdomains created on our servers will not resolve in IE 7 or 6. Work fine in FF.... No changes to the system what so ever on the coding side and no cpanel updates... We're getting some serious egg on our face ...Help

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet. (connected)
The website is encountering problems. (No Problems)
There might be a typing error in the address. ( no typo)

Works fine here on IE7. Might want to scan your PC for issues.
