High load average

Hello,
I have some problem with my server. I'm using:

• AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+ Dual Core
• 2 GB RAM
• 2 x HDD 400 GB SATA II
• CentOS 4.5 (PHP 5.x, MySQL 5.x, Apache 1.3.x)

Sometimes the load average count to 120! How I can decrease this load. I configure MySQL with the tuning-primer.sh script. To this post I attach some logs in this format:

Date Hour Total Used Free Load Utilization

How can I optimize the system?

No one can really help you hear without seeing the processes running at the time you are having trouble. Posting data from the TOP command would be more useful and go from there. Provide the upper info as well.

Check this Trouble shooting for High Load on Linux Box if it can help you else I will suggest you to higher some admin that will be better idea if you are not sure about it.
