Default "home directory" backup = 0 bytes

Customers complaining that the "home directory" backup not is working.

We've tested it, and is seems they are right. When using this backup option, they download a file called backup-domein.com-12-19-2007.tar.gz which is zero bytes. We already run an upcp.

    Default Same here

I have a similar set up, and a user with a similar complaint, so I created a test account, uploaded some files and recreated the same problem. Any ideas on this anyone?

Does /scripts/cpbackup creates full backup ? And is the issue for a single account or all?

Try manually deleting both the tar and the backup directory created for the user and run the script again. And see if the backup logs are showing any error .

I believe this issue is resolved in cPanel 11.24
