home path

my site is access like this

i think i made the error on giving the home path. what is the path i have to give?
i mean in the whm

cpanel/whm basic setup what are the values i have to give to
home directory and home directory prefex.

please elp me on solving this issue

http://www.socialwelfare.gov.lk/~social/ is working
even with out the last (/) slash its not working.
