    Default Horde Filter not working

    Software version:
    I am using cPanel build 10.8.2-RELEASE 119 and Theme cPanel X v2.5.0

    Email setup:
I have an email acount called email1@mysite.com
I have a forwarder set up in the Mail Manager that forwards email1@mysite.com to email2@mysite.com.

What I am trying to do:
I want to filter all the email that I receive from email1@mysite.com, and send it to my spam folder

    What I did:
I clicked on Filters in the Horde menu.
    I create a Filter Rule
    I selected "To" contains "email1@mysite.com
I chose Do this: Deliver to folder: spam
I clicked Apply Rule - the green check mark shows the rule is enabled, the rule is the first one in the list
I sent a test mail from one of my mail accounts to email1@mysite.com

    What happened:
The email appeared in the inbox of email2@mysite.com, and did not get delivered to the spam folder. It appeared the Filter was not workingl.

Could anyone help me please figure out what I have done wrong?
Thank you very much for your help.

    Hello,

Did you ever find an answer to your question? If so, can you share??

    Thank you

The forward option will forward the email before the spam check will even see it.

I found out that the filter was working at the top level of the mail account, but not for any of the accounts underneath it. I could not find a way to filter emails to accounts underneath the top level account. I did not try logging in in each of the sub accounts to see if that would work.
