Default Horde: folders disappear on login

In the latest version of Horde, the folders are stored differently (yet again), and they are not showing up in the new interface.

Anyone else running into this? Any ideas about how to correct this issue?

I can see the old folders, but they are not being picked up by Horde.

The latest edge has addressed this problem I believe but it may now be refresh rate settings.
In the Portal View (left panel) there is an 'options' item.
Under this 'options' item is a 'Display Options' link.
In there are some drop boxes to refresh Dynamic Menu Elements and Refresh Portal View.
Maybe give those a try and see if it helps.
Other than that I have nothing else to offer as this issue for me was resolved after updating to the latest edge.

Just to add, I don't see all my mail folders until I click on the 'Mail' icon which takes me to another login page. After entering the mail section I can see all my mail folders.

Yeah.. I had a quick fix fo rhtis.. but It's only temporary and it doesn't work the best.. :S

I'm hoping they will release a new current soon as they say it's fixed in edge..

After using Edge for the last week or so had a Client report today there were problems with Horde -- index in left-hand frame was not showing.

    Upgraded to
    WHM 10.0.0 cPanel 10.0.0-E51
    RedHat 9 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0
    did not work

    Upgraded to
    WHM 10.0.0 cPanel 10.0.0-C48
    RedHat 9 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0
    did not work

    Upgraded to
    WHM 10.0.0 cPanel 10.0.0-R7
    RedHat 9 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0
did work as it reverts back to Horde v2.x

Some people have also reported success with whatver version they are using, by doing a manual: /scripts/upcp --force

Never tried that myself as reverting back fixed the problem for me and that's good enough for now.

This sounds a bit simplistic but - absolute top frame/absolute left hand side there is a tiny icon that turns on/off the left hand menu frame. I wonder if this may have been inadvertently clicked by your client.
I am on EDGE 51 and there are currently no apparent issues with Horde for me. I even like the ability to access Horde from within Mozilla. It puts the left hand menu panel in question above in a side bar that it just loads in when the side bar is accessed. No multiple clicks to login

I would have to say no.

Reason being is that I checked myself with two seperate accounts of my own and the left-hand frame is blank. Dont' normally use Horde and this was the first time logging in since upgrading to v3.x.

I've run 2 separate manual cpanel updates trying to resolve this problem and am still on E38 :boggle:

/sripts/upcp --force isn't getting past this point.

Any ideas? I've still got customers complaining about this!

I had similar issues as noted in the thread (CURRENT TREE).
But ./upcp --force resolved both squirrel and horde/imp issues.

    Did you follow this sequence:

    /scripts/updatenow

    after that finishes type:

    /scripts/upcp --force

Sounds like a blocked update pipe somewhere
If the above still fails for you, I would give support a call. They might take a look at it for you.
The latest Edge is 83 and the above problems people were having was resolved some Edges back, I believe.
I hope you find a solution soon. Good luck!
