Horde - Left Menu error / doesn't show

Please help with this one!

The sidebar/left menu in the new version of Horde is not showing when logging
in to ONE e-mail account. Other e-mail accounts under the same domain is ok.

It is not the tiny icon/link top left that has been clicked, it doesn't help.

IE explorer display error if you look at the info for the page:
n_horde_menu = undefined

This account was transfered from another server.

I have tested to remove the account and readd it.
I have tested release and current version of cpanel.
I have done updatenow and --force

Anyone ?

Ps. What does "resethorde" do in scripts ?

We have been having the same problem and removing the core* files located in /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/imp solved our problem.

Maybe someone disabled it, i had the same issue and solved it this way:

Login to the email account using Horde, the options button work in different ways depending on what you are doing. Go to Home (sometimes Horde)>Options>Display Options>Click on: Show the Horde Menu on the left?
